Brookline Lane has 22 townhomes available for purchase.  By purchasing your townhome today, you have more opportunity for input into the design and finish details of your new home.  Either choose a townhome that is already finished, one that is under construction, or pick a lot that we can start a new townhome on.  If you choose a lot that is not yet under construction, plan on it taking approximately 4-6 months to construct your new home. 

Prior to taking possession of your new home, our Project Manager will spend time with you going through the features of your new Brookline townhome and providing you with a Comprehensive Homeowner's Manual.

When purchasing a Brookline Townhome, you are purchasing the structure and the land while still being a part of the Brookline Homeowners Association that will care for the structure of your home including the siding, roof, gutters and downspouts, as well as water and mow your yard, maintain the landscaping and remove snow from your sidewalk and driveway.
