November 25, 2008- The contractors are really coming and going now that 3 units have floors.  1 more unit has just the basement and still 1 more basement to be dug in December 2008.
September 29, 2008 - Mid American Energy is doing the utility work at the site
August 28, 2008 - The sides of the street backfilled with dirt to smooth the look.  The street approaches to Brookline Trail were also poured.
August 22, 2008 - Brookline Trail, the road running through the development is poured.  The concrete is layed in front of the machinery.  The machine then creates the even flow to make the road.  Then, a burlap cloth is pulled over the newly layed concrete to help smooth out the air pockets.
August 18, 2008  - The final preparations before the concrete is layed is being completed
August 5, 2008  - The water and sewer lines have now been ran through the development.  The man holes are placed and dirt filled back in to create the street.
July 21, 2008  - Priarie Blvd traffic is rerouted.  Albeniusus Construction had to tap into the main water and sewer lines to put in the lines needed for this development project.
July 1, 2008  - Construction of the street for Brookline Trail is set to begin the middle of this month.  The basements for the first 4 Townhomes at Brookline are set to be dug the first part of August.  These 4 Townhomes will be available to move into by the end of December, 2008.  Watch for more updates as construction begins.
